I had called Sunday expecting to leave a message for a return call for an appointment during the week to look at my washer, which was constantly whirring and not filling with water as well as not lit on the cycle board. I was surprised the call did not go to message. Ivan answered, listened to my washer problem, and responded that he would be able to come over that evening to check my washer. He did just that, and he was able to start the washer and explain the mechanism to me. He did not charge since he had not had to use a tool even though he used his expertise to explain my washer's behavior. I cannot think of a repair person who would have done similarly and I would trust him with any future appliance service and/or repair.
